
We are excited to announce the launch of Real-Time Alerts for members! Previously, the alert system relied on batch processing, but with this new update, you can now receive immediate notifications as events and transactions occur.
There are two types of alerts available:
- Account Alerts – Members can set notifications related to balances and transactions. Alerts will be sent once the transaction posts to your account.
- Security Alerts – Members will be notified if any sensitive changes are made, such as a password or email update.
Alerts can be delivered via text or email, based on the member’s preference. The benefits of these alerts include:
- Boost Security: Receive alerts for suspicious activity.
- Track Spending: Monitor transactions and account balances.
- Real-Time Updates: Stay informed about deposits and transfers.
- Convenience: Access alerts anytime, anywhere.
Please note that account alerts are set per account. If a member has multiple checking accounts, alerts will need to be set for each account individually. Additionally, the alerts will come from the same short code used for MFA.
